1. What is QuoLark?
QuoLark is an online marketplace that connects Clients who need services with Providers who can complete those services. Clients can post jobs, and Providers can submit offers.
2. Does QuoLark provide the services?
No. QuoLark does not provide, perform, supervise, or guarantee any services. QuoLark only helps connect Clients and Providers. Clients and Providers are responsible for agreeing on the job details, price, schedule, payment, and service expectations.
3. How does QuoLark work for Clients?
Clients can create an account, post a job, describe what they need, add location details, upload photos if needed, and receive offers from Providers. The Client can review offers and choose the Provider they prefer.
4. How does QuoLark work for Providers?
Providers can create a profile, select the services they offer, browse available jobs, and submit offers to Clients. A Provider's profile, reviews, ratings, and completed jobs may help Clients decide who to choose.
5. Does QuoLark charge Providers for leads?
QuoLark is designed to help Providers find job opportunities without paying for each individual lead. If platform pricing, limits, or paid features are added in the future, they will be shown clearly on the platform.
6. Does QuoLark handle payments?
Unless clearly stated otherwise on the platform, payments are arranged directly between the Client and Provider. QuoLark is not responsible for collecting payments, releasing payments, refunds, unpaid amounts, invoices, chargebacks, or payment disputes between users.
7. Does QuoLark verify Provider licenses, insurance, or qualifications?
No. QuoLark does not guarantee or verify that a Provider is licensed, insured, qualified, experienced, or legally allowed to perform a specific service. Clients should check any license, insurance, certification, references, or other qualifications before hiring a Provider.
8. Can Clients see the full job address?
QuoLark may show an approximate job location, such as city, state, and ZIP code, to help Providers understand the service area. Full address details may be limited and should only be shared when necessary for the job.
9. Can I message another user?
Yes. Users may be able to communicate through the platform about jobs, offers, scheduling, and service details. Users should keep communication respectful, accurate, and related to the job.
10. How do reviews work?
After a job is completed, users may be able to leave a review based on their real experience. Reviews should be honest, fair, and related to the completed job. Fake, abusive, misleading, or unrelated reviews may be removed.
11. What should I do if I see a suspicious job, profile, or message?
Use the Report option when available, or submit details through the . QuoLark may review reports and take action when needed.
12. What should I do if I have feedback or need help?
